This is a game

Everything here happens inside Second Life, a virtual world. L$ (Linden dollars) is that world's currency. Our machines are part of the game — not gambling, not a financial service, not an investment. Whoever puts up a coin decides how much goes into it.

Lopez Techworks is JuanMarco Lopez's workshop in Second Life. We build things that stand out in the world and have to keep working — unattended, day and night.

Sits on a parcel and pays visitors in L$. The owner fills it, the coin hands it out — day and night, with nobody standing by.

Translates conversations inworld in real time. 120 people use it — our most-used piece.
